Plastopia provides VDI 3400 Texture cards and SPI Finish cards at pocket-size to give you a reference of their standards. You may order both cards as a combo set cost-effectively or separately.
- VDI 3400 Texture Card covers 12 complete texture plaques from VDI 12 to VDI 45. The card comes with notes of RA, RT, and Draft Angles for each VDI number.
- SPI Finish Card covers 12 complete polish plaques from SPI A1 to SPI D3. The card comes with notes of processes required for each polish method.
Compared with traditional metal plaques or books, plastic plaque cards give you a real hand touch or visual look of what a plastic surface finish would like. Also, we provide a variety of materials and colors for your actual need or comparing. For example, with the same VDI 45, the plastic surfaces will look differently between ABS and Nylon+30%GF.
